| Plot |
| Someone as smart as a master chemist should know better, but Elmo McElroy (Samuel L. Jackson) just can't leave the darker side of chemistry when it comes to making a quick buck. His "Formula 51" is so much more powerful and thrill fulfilling than any other street drug available so he heads to England hoping to make a fortune and then quickly remove himself from the drug business. When he finds himself hooked up with Felix DeSousa (Robert Carlyle) and his ex-girlfriend, his hopes of all of this working out easily seem to disolve right before his eyes. Before long, Elmo wishes he had just stuck to legal chemistry and never searched for the big score. |
