| Plot |
| When Dr. Grant (Chevy Chase) and General Larraby (Rip Torn) in Area 52 identify the imminent return of retired and now nearly powerless superhero, Zoom’s (Tim Allen) former arch-nemesis, they put together a new team of super-kids and force Zoom to help train them. Zoom begins to like the kids and works to train them against the “imminent threat” but Dr. Grant and General Larraby haven’t told Zoom it is Concussion (Kevin Zeggers), his brother and former teammate who became evil after an accident with Gamma 13 radiation. Zoom must rediscover his powers before it is too late to save the new team from his brother. |
