| Plot |
| Charlie Wood (David Schwimmer) is an unemployed writer and teacher whose wife Penelope (Natascha McElhone) is a cop. He joins a call center to earn some bucks for his wife and daughter Emily. There he meets Gus (Simon Pegg) who involves Charlie and Josie (Alice Eve) in a blackmail plan. From there on, things go completely out of plan and the trio gets stuck up in unfavorable comic situations. On the other hand, Charlie’s wife is assigned the investigation of this case. She is accompanied by CIA agent Hymes (Jon Polito) in the task. Finally, they make good progress and are successful in solving the case which brings an end to certain characters. |
